Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At La Casa de la Música, we strive to ensure quality and authenticity in every product. While all sales are generally final, we allow returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below to protect our customers and guarantee fairness.
Return for Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping charges are not refundable).
- Returned items must be in the original packaging and condition, showing no signs of wear, alteration, or abuse.
- Non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Packages without an RMA# on the outside may be refused.
- We recommend shipping with a reliable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS and insuring your package. La Casa De La Música and LCM Wholesale LLC are not responsible for shipping damages during returns.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong merchandise (e.g., color, size) or wish to upgrade to another item, you may request an exchange within 15 days of receipt.
- Contact us to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA#).
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and the regular shipping/handling cost of the replacement. Free shipping does not apply to exchanges.
Damage Upon Arrival / Defective / Discrepancies
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging (including the corrugated box).
- We will request clear photos of the damage/discrepancy for reference.
- After review, we will arrange a FREE replacement.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Used, worn, altered, or abused instruments
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or on promotion
- Gift cards and downloadable products
