While <strong>all sales are generally final<\/strong>, we allow returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below to protect our customers and guarantee fairness.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Return for Refund<\/h3>\n<p>If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within <strong>15 days of delivery<\/strong> for a refund of the item price (<em>shipping charges are not refundable<\/em>).<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Returned items must be in the original packaging and condition, showing no signs of wear, alteration, or abuse.<\/li>\n  <li>Non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to a <strong>25% restocking fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <li>Please contact us to obtain a <strong>Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)<\/strong>.
